FAQ

  • We are asking so we can manage transportation as effciently as possible. Transportation will be determined by how many guests are staying in each location. Please do not RSVP without this information. Reach out to us if you have any questions.

  • We ask that everyone return their RSVP cards by mail no later than May 15th.

  • We want our wedding weekend to be as welcoming and inclusive as possible. We invite any new parents to bring their new-born babies, but due to space constraints at Sonya’s family home, this will otherwise be an adults-only event. We would love for your little ones to join us at our welcome reception the night before the wedding.

  • Only guests explicitly addressed on your invitation are invited to the wedding.

  • The hotels listed on our Accommodations page are in Great Barrington and Lenox, both of which are less than 20 minute drives to Stockbridge. Transportation to/from the event will be provided to guests staying at one of the listed hotel options.

If you want to rent an Airbnb or other short-term rental, the closer you can get to Stockbridge, the better. If in doubt, reach out to Sonya/Joe with any questions.

  • Welcome Reception

Dressy-casual. Wear what you like! We will always appreciate great style, but the event is at a bar/barn and will be very casual.

    Wedding

Summery Formal. Put simply, we want you to look and feel fabulous. Emphasis on florals, patterns, and bright colors, but if you’ve got a tux or gown that you want to wear and have nowhere to wear it, throw that shit on! Think Mediterranean Secret Garden.

  • Transportation to/from the event will be provided to guests staying at one of the listed hotel options on our Accommodations page.

Central parking and transportation to/from the event will be provided to all other guests from the Stockbridge Station, a 3 min drive from the venue.

  • We highly recommend renting a car to get to Stockbridge and for transportation around town during the weekend. Stockbridge has some taxis for hire, but Uber and Lyft to get around shouldn’t be counted on.
